Services available include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Coordination of Rehearsal
- Pick up items prior to event
- Pack and return any items as needed
- Day of wedding coordination services
- Review guest count, floor plan and seating chart with catering manager
- Etiquette and traditions advice available upon request
- Deliver final payments to vendors
- Assist with creating and managing a budget
- Monthly check-ins with timeline
- Arrange hotel accommodations and/or transportation for out of town guests
- Assist with honeymoon arrangements
- Mail invitations and control responses
- Creation of seating chart/arrangements
- Assist with vendor selection and contract negotiation:
- Attend meetings with clients
- Referrals to vendors
